Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes our policies for shipping orders to our customers.
United States Shipping:
Due to certain horticulture restrictions, we can only ship live plants to the contiguous United States and District of Columbia. Contiguous United States does not include Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping live plants to California is subject to California’s Department of Agriculture regulations.
We do ship non-plant products to all 50 states, including the District of Columbia.
We currently do not ship any products to US Territories.
International Shipping:
We do not sell or ship outside of the United States due to strict import and export regulations. We do not supply phytosanitary certificates or export documents. We do not provide refunds, credits, or replacements for any orders stopped by US and international customs.
Shipping Schedule:
We process all orders within 48 hours before shipping. In certain cases, order processing may take up to 4 days due to plant care and watering needs of our live plants prior to shipping. Processed orders are shipped Monday – Saturday, except for Sunday and holidays. Cut-off time for shipping our orders is 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Shipping rates vary and is determined by the selected carrier based on the customer’s “Ship To” location.
We offer free shipping for orders over $60.00.
